EXPLORER YACHTING

SECOND SALE OF 2024A DEEP BLUE 141
SOLD TO AN EXPERIENCED
BRITISH OWNER

That of the Deep Blue 141 is the second sale in the first two weeks of 2024. The sale of this explorer yacht has been finalized in collaboration with the London office of IYC, as was the case of the Deep Blue 115.

The resounding success we are witnessing is the result of a journey that commenced long ago - a journey that proceeds propelled by our unwavering determination to adhere to our strategic course, and the visionary approach that takes us forward. This achievement is not merely an occurrence; rather, it is the manifestation of our relentless commitment. We didn’t become the world leaders in the construction of explorer yachts by chance or for a stroke of luck. We stand tall, our successes a testament to the exceptional heights we have reached, and with the ingrained quality - in both design and construction - of each new explorer yacht we build, we carve a legacy in the yachting industry.

We believed and invested heavily in the Deep Blue range stemming from the beautiful project of Acala, developed through a rewarding collaboration between us, Horacio Bozzo, and Acala’s Owner himself.

Deep Blue 141 maintains intact her sistership’s soul while adding some specific requests from the client, proving to be a perfectly customizable platform. Having previously owned multiple production yachts, the Owner of the Deep Blue 141 aspiration to circumnavigate the globe is met seamlessly by our capabilities to build an ocean-going explorer yacht for such an ambitious endeavor.

The Deep Blue 141, a robust explorer yacht, features an exterior design by Horacio Bozzo, who developed the entire Deep Blue series, complemented by interiors by the UK-based Vickers Studio. Naval Architecture and engineering are by Hydro Tec.

The exterior lines of the Deep Blue 141, in the spirit of the Deep Blue range, are characterized by a seamless fusion of aesthetic appeal and functional layouts, skillfully bridging the gap between the robust explorer yacht look and the timeless elegance of an oceangoing luxury vessel. The vessel is designed to navigate the world’s waters with utmost safety, ensuring that her owners can embark on unforgettable journeys to remote and exotic destinations.

With a robust steel hull, a total length just above 43m and a generous beam of 8.60m, Deep Blue 141 has a Gross Tonnage shy of 500GT. Propelled by twin Caterpillar C32 engines delivering 746kW each, she will reach a top speed of 15.3 knots. One of the standout features of this explorer yacht is her impressive range of around 7 500 nm at 10 knots, a testament to her capabilities for global exploration.

The layout of the Deep Blue 141 takes inspiration from Acala’s yet it fully reflects her owner’s preferences and lifestyle.
